Shipping policy
- We ship packages with USPS and UPS. We do not guarantee shipping time. We are not responsible for lost time during unforeseen circumstances ie. such as a power outage or natural disasters. The shipping time frame is, SHIPPING TIME, once it is dropped off at the post office or UPS. It is not including the time that the order is processed and prepared.
- Hadassah Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost (or you received an email stating it had been delivered, yet you did not receive it) please contact your local post office. If a claim has been paid by UPS, a store credit will be issued.
- If your order is returned as undeliverable a store credit (minus shipping) will be given and your order will be canceled. If you want your order reshipped, you are responsible for shipping no matter what the price of the order was.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL SALES
