Shipping
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Do you offer domestic shipping?
Yes! We ship throughout the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently don’t ship internationally.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier. You can also put it on the track my package on our page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact us at hello@hadassahboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes sizing details. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size guide provided. When in doubt, size up for a more modest, comfortable fit. Size dresses and guide could very well.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size. Any exceptions are noted in the individual product descriptions.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your payment information safe.
Orders
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hadassahboutique.com if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications after an order has been processed.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will make it right.
Products
How do I care for my garments?
Care instructions vary by item and are listed on the product label. As a general rule, we recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water and air drying to preserve the quality of your pieces.
Are your products modest and faith-friendly?
